The increasing number of people with dangerous infectious diseases in the community makes the need for a joint commitment from the community and the government in reducing the number of patients and decrease infection rates and mortality in the community. Some diseases such as HIV, Hepatitis, Malaria and Dengue Fever is a disease that needs to get attention and handling because of high contribution in donating large numbers of deaths population.

Some diagnostic tools have been used to identify an infectious disease or is considered dangerous still expensive and takes a long time for testing. With this rapid test, the initial medical examination or screening can be done with limited equipment and how easy and acceptable test results in less than 2 hours,
