Kimia Farma, represented by the Director of PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk. Rusdi Rosman, President Director of PT Kimia Farma Pharmacy Imam Fathorahman, Development Manager of Pharmacy, Ida Rasita, and Legal Senior Corporate Law, Budi Her Utomo signed an MOU with DWAA LTD CO in the framework of the Company's plan to acquire some shares DWAA LTD CO which has 30 network pharmacy Saudi Arabia

Held in the office DWAA CO LTD domiciled in Mecca, Saudi Arabia, witnessed by representatives of the Kimia Farma and DWAA LTD CO, MOU was signed by the Director of Kimia Farma (Rusdi Rosman), CEO and Executive Manager DWAA CO LTD (Dr. Mahfouz Bin Marei Bin Mahfouz) DWAA Board Member (Mr. Hassan Abdullah A Jabarti and Mr. Lutfi Abdulfattah S Alghifari) and Dwaa General Manager (Mr. Ahmed Bin Marei Bin Mahfouz)

The plan to acquire 30 of the pharmacy network, intended to Kimia Farma can serve pilgrims and umrah in Indonesia as well as a step-stone to expand the distribution of products to the international market Kimia Farma

In addition to future business, Kimia Farma and DWAA LTD CO will build a network of clinics to hospitals in cooperation with the Ministry of Health to facilitate the pilgrims and Umrah in obtaining health services
