Pharmacovigilance carries out monitoring and reporting which includes
1. Drug safety aspects in the context of detection, assessment, understanding, prevention of side effects or other problems related to use
2. Changes in drug benefit-risk profile; and / or
3. Quality aspects that affect drug safety.
