Based on Law No 36 of 2009 on the health chapter 7 "Everyone has the right to receive information and education about the health of a balanced and responsible", therefore one function of the contact center that facilitates the access of customers to be able to consult on the use of drugs that either and right directly with pharmacist so security and customer safety use of drug can be assured. The pharmacist consultation services as well as an effort to promotive and preventive approacth to improving public health
