Jakarta, March 20th, 2023 - PT Kimia Farma Tbk won an award at the Covid-19 Handling Award event. This appreciation was given by the Indonesian Ministry of Health as one of the BUMNs that has contributed to the handling of COVID-19 in Indonesia. This event was personally attended by Mr. President of the Republic of Indonesia Joko Widodo and the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Sofyan A. Djalil on Monday, 20 March 2023 at the Dhanapala Building, Jakarta.
"What is clear compared to the world average, we are one of the countries that have succeeded in dealing with Covid, Indonesia's handling of Covid-19 is among the best and its vaccination coverage is also among the best according to the WHO Inspector General," said the Indonesian President.
The President of the Republic of Indonesia also said that the handling of Covid-19 really showed Indonesia's extraordinary strength as a great nation. Therefore, this power can not only be used for all the great faiths of the nation but can also be used to treat other ailments.
