Nusa Dua, October 18th, 2022 - PT Kimia Farma Tbk will be collaborating with Pantai Premier Pathology Sdn. Bhd. to develop and enhance its core business to further develop its laboratory services through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The event was attended by Deputy Minister of SOE I, Pahala Nugraha Mansury, the Board of Directors of PT Bio Farma (Persero) as the Pharmaceutical SOE Holding, the Board of Directors of PT Kimia Farma Tbk, and the management of Pantai Premier Pathology.
Kimia Farma and Pantai Premier Pathology have agreed to mutually assist and support each other in enhancing technical skills and the development of laboratory services, so that with the implementation of this collaboration Kimia Farma can improve quality and services of its laboratory.
The signing of the MoU that was done today also included a human resources development program through training and development to enhance the competence of the human resource. To support such a plan, there will be a knowledge and technology transfer which Kimia Farma anticipates will increase and expand the range of knowledge on the human resources and service quality aspect.
"Kimia Farma always strives to give easy access to health services to all. Through pharmacies, health clinics, and diagnostic laboratories networks that are spread throughout Indonesia. Currently, Kimia Farma has 72 diagnostic laboratories. Kimia Farma took this step to enhance its laboratory service towards international standards through cooperation with Pantai Premier Pathology Sdn. Bhd.," said David Utama as the President Director of PT Kimia Farma Tbk at Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC), Tuesday (18/10).
