Jakarta, November 23rd 2022 - After successfully organizing a series of programs starting from Kick Off, Agent Inauguration Great, Leadership Bootcamp and Change Project, now Kimia Farma has closed the Great Generation Program 2022 with the Jamboree agenda and Inauguration of the Great Ambassador agenda and Inauguration of the Great Ambassadors. This activity is form appreciation from Kimia Farma for the 304 Great Agents who have been actively involved in the program Great Generation 2022.
The 2022 Great Generation Jamboree will be held on Wednesday, 23 November 2022 at SMKN 26 Jakarta.Kimia Farma collaborate with Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution (KFTD) in giving appreciation for the 10 best Great Agents or so-called Great Ambassadors in the form of funds education. This appreciation was given directly by M. Rony Hidayat as General Manager of General Affairs and Information Technology of PT Kimia Farma Tbk for 6 groups with the best Change Project. Not only education funds, Kimia Farma also provides brand exposure benefits Marcks Teens to the Great Ambassadors.
The Great Generation Program 2022 was born out of Kimia Farma's concern about rampant bullying behavior, negative influence of drugs, and free sex. Of course this program is in accordance with Sustainable Development Goals (SDG's) number 3, one of the targets of which is to strengthen prevention of drug abuse and harmful use of alcohol.
M. Rony Hidayat in his remarks said that Agen Hebat Kimia Farma could be the young generation agent of change to be able to prevent bullying, the danger of promiscuity, and drug abuse. Therefore, through this program hopefully the young generation could be an example in speaking and behaving well in the society.
“The event was really fun, the topic that might sound taboo and sensitive may turn out to be a topic that made all participants enthusiastic. I am also proud to be able to provide a sharing knowledge to the other friends in the Change Project agenda,” said Shafa Aulia, Agen Hebat Kimia Farma 2022 from SMKN 15, Bekasi.
“With the target of High School Students, Generasi Hebat is a great program to enhance the awareness regarding the danger of drugs and free sex. This program can provide knowledge for students that certainly will be useful in the future. We appreciate PT Kimia Farma Tbk that has cared for the young generation,” said M. Akkas Bakri as the Principal of the SMKN 26, Jakarta.
In the journey towards the jamboree, 304 Agen Hebat have learned about the danger of bullying, the importance of self love & knowing yourself, the danger of drug abuse, HIV/AIDS, communication and leadership skills, and the importance of skin health. The Agen Hebat have also done a Change Project in the form of material enrichment through socialization done both online and offline, with a total of 7.290 participants from 56 high schools in Jabodetabek area.
