Jakarta, April 27th, 2022 - The moment that Indonesians had been waiting for had finally arrived. The government allowed eid "mudik" after being prohibited for the past years due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The mandatory requirement to perform "mudik" was to be vaccinated for the third dose. In line with that, in 2022 the Ministry of SOE held "Mudik Bersama" program again with the theme of "Mudik Aman Mudik Sehat Bersama BUMN 2022" or "2022 Safe Mudik Healthy Mudik". Safe, because it diverted thousand of transportation users, especially motorbikers from the streets, to coordinator public transports (buses). Healty, because travelers must have received booster vaccination and apply health protocols during the trip.
Kimia Farma as a pharmaceutical SOE participated such "mudik" program along with 23 other SOE'S by providing 10 buses by 7 routes, with destinations to Padang, Semarang, Solo, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, and Malang. Also provided free Sinopharm booster vaccination at all Kimia Farma's clinics throughout Indonesia.
Kimia Farma departed 480 "mudik" participants on Wednesday, (27/04) from two locations, Gelora Bung Karno with other SOEs and at Kimia Farma's Head Office at Veteran Street No.9. There were a total of four Kimia Farma's buses with a capacity of 192 people departed from GBK. While the total number of buses departed from Kimia Farma's Head Office were 6 buses with a capacity of 288 people.
